Provincial Command Centre (CC) Implementation: Leveraged market research and expert insights to create a CC learning journey for client executives and key stakeholders. Supported the pilot design and implementation phase, with a focus on operational governance and physical space planning & logistics. Worked with project leads to develop and deliver on a provincial expansion strategy.

Pharmacy Chain, Change Management: Led the change management workstream for an appointment scheduling tool, developed to prepare for a newly formed Nova Scotia Health partnership. Upskilling the team (pilot stores) was crucial in successfully enabling one of the first private/public partnerships in Canada, and supporting pharmacies in effectively serving Nova Scotians.

Ministry of Health (MoH), Value Case: Developed a value case for MoH relating to COVID-19 modernization projects. Consolidated, analyzed, and synthesized learnings and takeaways, and developed a preliminary comprehensive and robust analysis of the projects' impact.

Pharmacy Chain, Organizational Change Management: Collaborated with the client to successfully prepare their teams to adopt the new vaccine management solution. Worked closely with various stakeholders to resolve potential training and adoption roadblocks and minimize risk. Developed training material and communications, and conducted training sessions to 300+ team members.

Digital Health Organization, Zero Based Organization Assessment: Supported ZBO visibility and value targeting assessment for the CTO of a market-leading digital health organization, identifying initial cost savings of ~$5M to $10M across 4 organizational efficiency levers.

Home Care, Demand Modelling: Quantified existing and future met and unmet demand for Home Care in Ontario. Identified opportunity to expand capacity by 15% through increased government funding.

Youth Shelter, Market Research: Led the research stream to identify existing gaps in youth-specific transitional and affordable housing, and its long-term impact. Leveraged market research and youth shelter analysis to build a case around, and enable our client to advocate for the need to increase availability of youth-specific housing.

Digital Health Organization, Operating Model Transformation: Supported the operating model re-design efforts of a leading digital healthcare conglomerate that included the development of the organizational superstructure design, detailed build of the enterprise strategy office, digital office, market units and operations unit, as well as consolidation of functions and optimization of spans and layers to drive initial cost savings of ~$5M.

Constructed a model to quantify the pharmacists' workload and address inefficiencies by understanding the factors contributing to pharmacists' working hours.

Built a dynamic forecasting model to determine the number of pharmacists needed to meet the clientele's changing demographics. Results are expected to improve patient care provided to 75+ kids.

Conducted exploratory data analysis on 3.5 years worth of patient data to understand the patient arrival trends.

Built a number of non parametric models including Random Forest and k-NN models to forecast the number of the daily patient arrivals to the emergency department.
